Shipping + Returns
General Domestic Shipping:
All domestic US Shipping is by UPS or USPS. All orders ship from Houston, TX.
Orders with in stock inventory will be fulfilled within 7-10 business days (excluding holidays). Please note that your order may encounter delays once shipped in the case of inclement weather which is out of our control.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays, or national holidays.
Back Ordered Items:
For out of stock or back-ordered items you will find an approximate shipping date of shipment on the product pages under the Add to Cart button and during checkout. These dates are estimates and are subject to change. Estimated backorder dates do not reflect shipping and processing time; please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for your item to ship.
International Shipping:
At this time we do not offer shipping outside of the contiguous United States (including the District of Columbia).
Easy Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so that we can find a solution. Return any item within 10 days of receipt and it can be replaced, exchanged, or a refund issued back to original form of payment. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original packaging and receipt. Unfortunately, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Zetland855 cannot accept responsibility for any customer returned packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item we will process your return and a refund will be issued to either your original payment or gift card. We will send an email confirmation to your email address used at time of purchase once your return has been accepted. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
